With Yellow, make a hat using any Basic Hat.
Eye (Make 2): With Black, ch 2, 6 sc in sec ond ch from hook; join with slip st to first sc, fin ish off leaving a length for sewing.
Mouth: With Black, ch 15, slip st loosely in second ch from hook and in each ch across; finish off leaving a length for sewing. Shape eyes and sew eyes and mouth to hat as shown.
